If you got a flat tire, would you turn around and slash the other 3? Absolutely not. But that's the all-or-nothing mindset when it comes to nutrition.

One "cheat meal" turns into an entire weekend. "I already had 1 slice of pizza so may as well have 3 more... I'll start again on Monday."

This cycle of restrictive eating during the week & cheat meals on the weekend is SELF SABOTAGE.
